It’s really simple to make and in the video, we show you how to make a smaller version of the recipe listed below. You can go all out and make a dessert pizza for eight or keep it light and make a dessert pizza for two. It’s up to you and your belly!

You can make the dessert pizza and then call in the family and friends to help decorate. It’s perfect for holidays, birthdays or movie nights. You make one of the five savory pizzas listed below and then your dessert pizza to finish off the night. It’s not only quick to make, but you only need four or five essential ingredients to make this last-minute!

Easy Dessert Pizza Recipe!
The great thing about this recipe is the dessert pizza is literally a blank canvas awaiting your toppings. You can go the classic route with frosting (our personal favorite is cream cheese), you can go peanut butter or chocolate drizzle, you can bake nuts and spices into the pizza itself or you can just eat it plain! We highly recommend using your favorite

Dessert Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2.5 scoops protein powder (flavored or unflavored)
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- liquid stevia (if using unflavored protein powder)
Topping
- Simple Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)_
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add your butter to a microwave safe bowl and melt.
- Once the butter is melted add your almond milk (flax, coconut, cashew) and egg and whisk to combine.
- Add the almond flour and protein powder and whisk to combine.
- Pour the dough into the center of the parchment paper. Spray a second piece of parchment paper with some coconut oil spray (so the dough doesn't stick to it) and then lay it on top of the dough.
- Roll it out to the shape of your choosing about, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges have browned. Allow to cool fully before frosting or topping it.
- Note: for the recipe nutrition we used Quest Cinnamon Crunch protein powder (as seen in the video).

1 scoop of my Isopure protein is 33g but I am sure it depends on the protein powder. It should say what one scoop is on the nutrition label (even if it didn’t come with a scoop)

Hi Megha! I love your recipes! I just started keto the last week of January and have lost 27 pounds. Easiest 27 pound I ever lost! I have been doing a lot of searching and reading on the Keto Diet and even my doctors say DO IT. So that’s what I’m doing. I tried the dessert pizza and I love the flavor. I did everything exactly as you listed in the recipe but mine ended up tasting gritty. As a friend of mine said, “floury”. The problem is you have to continue to chew to get it down.Please give me some ideas on how to fix this. The dessert pizza is exactly what I need when I get a sweet craving.
By the way, I did the buttercream vanilla frosting and it is the Bomb!! yummy !. Just keep on keeping on a lot of us depend on you and Matt and your great ideas.!!

I used quest salted caramel protein powder and this came out tasting exactly like nilla wafers, my kids love it even without the icing but used the icing to dip like dunkaroos! Will definitely be making this frequently!

Too thick before even almond flour with two and a half scoops protein powder 1/4 cup almond milk and 1 gg should it be 4 eggs otherwise I could not even stir to add 2 c of almond flour

Quick clarification, when you made the recipe in the video (which appeared to be about a quarter batch) you used a whole egg, this full recipe calls for a whole egg as well? Should the full recipe have 3-4 eggs or should the smaller batch have less than a full egg?
